you can have these, when i put the quick release adaptor in it was a hope one, so i had to put two bearings in 1 side and 1 in the other in your front wheel so you will have to remove 1 for these 20mm adaptors to fit.

i think so, one is wider cos of the disc side and they push into the hub about 5mm each
